AUCTION TERMS: • All Terms & Conditions apply to all lots and all bidding activity. • All equipment is sold As-Is, Where-Is. • Winning bids are final and result in binding contracts, which cannot be retracted or canceled. • A 7% Buyer's Premium is charged to all purchases and is added to the purchase price of bid. • The 7% Buyer's Premium is net of any taxes applied to the Buyer's Premium. • All winning buyers will be invoiced at the close of the auction. • Payment must be received within 7 business days from receipt of Invoice. • We accept Certified Bank Check, Money Order, Cashiers Check, All Major Credit Cards, PayPal and Wire Transfers. *Note, a 3% processing fee applies to all Credit Card Transactions.
